Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Program Manager – GTM/CX Portfolio to lead portfolio planning, initiative prioritization, and executive engagement across our global Go-to-Market (GTM) and Customer Experience (CX) organization.

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end GTM/CX portfolio—overseeing work intake, sequencing, and resourcing of initiatives—while also driving adoption of internal change management processes. You will serve as the orchestrator of executive-facing forums such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), All-Hands, and leadership alignment sessions, ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings deep program and portfolio management expertise, proven success scaling process adoption, and experience driving GTM or CX transformation in a high-growth technology company.

Your Impact

A. Portfolio Management & Strategic Planning

  • Lead GTM/CX portfolio planning across strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities
  • Manage the work intake and prioritization process, ensuring new requests are evaluated, sequenced, and resourced effectively
  • Partner with GTM and CX leaders to define priorities, allocate resources, and forecast capacity
  • Drive portfolio governance and provide clear visibility to executives on progress, trade-offs, and risks
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and materials to support portfolio reviews and strategy discussions

B. Change Management & Process Adoption

  • Drive adoption of internal GTM/CX change management processes
  • Partner with business leaders, field operations, and enablement to ensure consistent use of new processes and tools
  • Monitor adoption, identify friction points, and implement improvements to increase compliance and effectiveness
  • Embed accountability and feedback loops to ensure processes deliver measurable business impact

C. Executive Alignment & Communication

  • Orchestrate key executive forums, including GTM/CX QBRs, All-Hands, and leadership alignment sessions
  • Partner with functional leaders to shape agendas, curate insights, and ensure clarity of message to stakeholders
  • Deliver crisp, compelling updates to C-level executives and senior leadership on GTM/CX portfolio health and strategic outcomes
  • Build strong narratives that connect portfolio initiatives to business results, customer impact, and field productivity

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Must have 12+ years of program/portfolio management or strategy experience, preferably in GTM or CX functions at a SaaS or enterprise technology company with Bachelors degree in relevant field.
  • Strong background in portfolio planning, work intake/prioritization, and executive communications
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of internal processes and frameworks across large global teams
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes and tools, monitoring effectiveness, and embedding accountability for measurable business impact
  • Experience running executive forums such as QBRs, All-Hands, or cross-functional leadership sessions
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, balancing detail with big-picture thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to influence C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and building clarity through structure
  • Consulting background or experience in large-scale GTM/CX transformations a plus
  • Located in bay area to be onsite.
