The opportunity
Join our HR (Talent) team and become a key player by providing efficient and accurate operational support to the HR/Talent function and business stakeholders. Your contributions will be invaluable in fostering an impactful, thriving environment that puts people at the center.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure timely, accurate, and smooth delivery of the daily transactional procedures for key HR processes, such as: job offers, hiring and onboarding, leave management, contract renewals, counseling, offboarding, midyear and year-end performance reviews, salary reviews etc.
- Prepare insightful reports required for the smooth operations of your assigned business area and for continuous improvement in handling employee needs at scale.
- Be the go-to person for a wide range of talent-related questions and concerns, offering guidance on EY policies and procedures.
- Be proactive in handling talent-related communication during the annual employee life cycle.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR in a multinational company, with at least 2 years in a generalist role.
- Solid understanding of Greek employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in using SAP /HRMS and MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Greek.

- Talent Compliance and Policy Management: Understand and apply HR compliance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and the best work ethics.
