Your Role:
Delivery responsibility for MACS iQ software and ecosystem with special focus on analysis. Elements: Shared Platform, MACS iQ Suite incl Embodiments, Companion Apps, MACS iQ Connect. Will collaborate with Product & Feature Owners, SW Project Managers, Infrastructure, Global Software (GSW) Leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivery responsibility for MACS iQ software and ecosystem with special focus on analysis. Elements: Shared Platform, MACS iQ Suite incl Embodiments, Companion Apps, MACS iQ Connect. Will collaborate with Product & Feature Owners, SW Project Managers, Infrastructure, Global Software (GSW) Leadership.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability and expertise to grow a cohesive team capable of delivering complex, mission critical software.
- Negotiation, coordination and prioritization between key GSW and external stakeholders.
- Active design, conception and implementation of the future MB MACS iQ architecture (technical target image and reference architecture)
- Shaping the necessary transformation from the actual state, through intermediate states, to the target state to be defined.
- Close alignment with the MB architecture board.
- High tolerance for ambiguity: striving for a target state while at the same time dealing with conflicting interests of the classical world.
- Providing progress and status legibility for stakeholders and GSW.
- Recognized expert at all altitudes of the "Architect Elevator" (engine room to management) in GSW and beyond.
- Definition and delivery of the MACS iQ software suite and embodiments.
Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years and a master’s degree, or a PhD with 5 years' experience: Or a combination of education and experience.
- Ability and expertise to grow a cohesive team capable of delivering complex, mission critical software.
- Negotiation, coordination and prioritization between key Global Software (GSW) and external stakeholders.
- Active design, conception and implementation of the future MB MACS iQ architecture (technical target image and reference architecture).

The anticipated base salary range has been established at $177,300 - $239,900/year. The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between $177,300 - $200,600/year, reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such a
