About the role

Virta Health is on a mission to transform type 2 diabetes and weight-loss care. Current treatment approaches aren’t working—over half of US adults have either type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, and obesity rates are at an all-time high. Virta is changing this by helping people reverse their metabolic condition through innovations in technology, personalized nutrition, and virtual care delivery reinvented from the ground up. We have raised over $350 million from top-tier investors, and partner with the largest health plans, employers, and government organizations to help their employees and members restore their health and take back their lives. Join us on our mission to reverse diabetes in 100 million people.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join our fast paced and dynamic Care Operations (CareOps) team. As a Business Operations Associate Manager, you will be the engine behind our ability to scale, working directly with our cross-functional stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care.

You will take a data-driven approach to inform major business decisions, with a particular focus on care delivery optimization and workforce strategy.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills, with an ability to communicate and influence others. We are seeking a self-starter that can wear multiple hats while juggling a variety of projects. If you love telling stories with data, building scalable systems, and working across many departments in a company, this role is for you.
