Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote patients’ ability to perform daily activities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic interventions and enhance patients' functional independence.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Excellent clinical skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of employment – Facility Paid
