• Putting people first.

• Promoting a safe work environment as well as recognizing and resolving safety related problems and completing safety incident reports.

• Leading, coaching and developing employees through direct supervisor, floor presence, monitoring and coaching of production employees, providing recognition, overseeing training completion, policy administration and participating in hiring processes.

• Establishing priorities, coordinating staffing and communicating scheduling expectations to meet customer demands. 

• Monitoring production rates, yields, and quality of products routinely, and leveraging continuous improvement tools to improve.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to the start) and two (2) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

 -OR-

• High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to the start) and six (6) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

• One (1) year of supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

• Seven (7) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

• Three (3) years of supervisor/management experience in a private, public, government or military environment.  

• Experience leading daily tier management processes and leading improvement projects.

• Onsite: Eden Prairie, MN

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic
