Cleveland Clinic is looking to add a Director Institute to the team who will support the entire OBGYN service line down in the Treasure Coast, working closely with Dr. Sprague and Dr. Drake. You will oversee and direct the work of team members such as the administrative program managers. In this role, you will focus your time and effort on the following key areas: provider management, volume, access and productivity, service line financial performance at the patient encounter level, service line strategy and growth, quality improvement and patient experience. You will lead in a matrixed environment and act as the liaison between the provider organization and Market leadership to ensure patient scheduling and throughput meets service level expectations.

A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 5:00PM. This role will be on-site at Indian River or Martin Health 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days being remote. It is required for this caregiver to live near the Treasure Coast. 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

• Manage and monitor provider volume, access and productivity. 

• Collaborate with physician and APP leadership to optimize provider productivity. 

• Maintain a productive provider schedule (weekly or inpatient service). 

• Manage provider template design, decision tree and provider fill rates (outpatient institutes). 

• Lead the team responsible for provider recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. 

• Manage provider allocation to exam room, OR and procedure blocks. 

• Partner with ambulatory operations for inbound and outbound patient scheduling and to ensure scheduling algorithms and standard work are optimized routinely.
