Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement tailored automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, and Playwright
• Lead performance testing initiatives using tools like REST Assured and JMeter, integrating with CI/CD pipelines
• Drive proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations for open-source testing tools, ensuring value-driven decisions
• Develop comprehensive test strategies to optimize testing efforts and ensure efficient delivery
• Conduct API testing and virtualization while collaborating with DevOps teams to enhance test automation
• Establish and manage testing teams specializing in manual, automation, performance, and security testing
• Provide mentorship to team members, fostering innovation and high-quality outcomes
• Define and track team KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Act as a key stakeholder in testing-related discussions, aligning strategies with broader business objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and product management, to ensure seamless integration of testing practices
• Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, providing actionable insights for iterative improvements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript
• Experience with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and CI/CD integrations
• Skilled in tools like REST Assured, JMeter, and Postman
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Jenkins
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and PostgreSQL databases
• Experience with Dynatrace and SQL
• Expertise in Git, Jira, and Zephyr
• 8+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and performance
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable test architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
