Job Description
The Integrated Business Planning and Execution (IBP&E) team Intern’s internship will consist of training, project work and rotational experiences to learn about various areas across the planning & execution functions within the Beer Supply Chain, as well as its relations with the broader beer organization.
This Intern will support the IBP&E team on various planning and execution process improvement projects, digital transformation activities, KPI development and tracking, as well as gain relevant experience from various IBP&E roles day to day functions, inclusive of Demand Planning, Network Supply Planning, New Product Introduction Planning, S&OP, S&OE, Deployment and Customer Management. The IBP&E Intern will be exposed to aspects of Integrated Business Planning and fulfillment processes through a weekly organized schedule of tasks, project work that is managed by the supervisor, with guidance from the IBP&E Managers and Directors.
Paid internship in the Constellation Brands Beer Division based in Chicago, IL
Estimated timeframe – late May through early August (12 weeks)
Participate in Corporate pre-planned intern events such as Senior Leader Meetings, Team Building Tour, Final Presentations, etc.
Qualifications
Must have completed junior year of bachelor’s program.
Basic Requirements
Major in Supply Chain.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Strong analytical skills, skilled in Excel spreadsheets and knowledge of presentation software.
