The European Chemistry team is delighted to offer the right candidate the opportunity to join a customer obsessed team deeply involved in providing solutions that positively impact global health. Through high quality chemistry consumables for LC and LC/MS and automation solutions, we enable customers to turn their samples into confident results today and any day in the future.

As a member of the Eastern European Chemistry Team you will be an important contributor to our sales targets. You will be based out of Austria ensuring a focus on Waters Chemistries and on solving problems that matter for our customers.

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile International Hybrid Sales Specialist to join our team. This unique role combines elements of both field sales and inside sales, providing a diverse and exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • In the Eastern European Chemistry team, you will be responsible to:
    • Drive growth in your region to meet or exceed your targets.
    • Drive expansion of existing customers and acquisition of new customers.
    • Nurture alignment within your territory towards the chemistry strategy.
    • Participate in trade shows and local technical seminars as required.
    • Understand and adapt to cultural differences in business practices across the region you support.

Travel:

  • This is a hybrid position that will require travelling within Austria, and travel to other countries for activities such as local business support, (customer) meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A MSc in a Life Science discipline
  • Field sales and / or business development experience is a plus
  • You are fluent in German and English. Good knowledge of Czech and/or Polish is a plus.
