Retail Accounts and Transactions Review Agent

The purpose of the job of the Retail Accounts and Transactions Review Agent is to review and to ensure smooth processing of transactions.

If you are someone who is analytical, detail oriented and ready to be a part of a fast growing industry, take a look at main duties and responsibilities: 

• Informing and advising customer on requirements for case processing, as well as answering to customer’s questions with adherence to the scripts in the domain of the job;
• Collecting data from customers;
• Regularly following the status of cases and resolving them;
• Performing account reviews of retail clients according to policies and procedures
• Assisting users with issues regarding transactions and using the platform based on instructions from senior team members or based on experience
• Performing enhanced due diligence on retail clients according to policies and procedures
• Ensuring smooth transitioning on users' accounts
• Communicating with other departments to ensure good service to users
• Solving and closing cases in requested time by respecting SLA

What we expect from you: 

• A minimum of high school degree
• Preferred University degree in social, organizational or economic sciences;
• Advanced knowledge of English language - oral and written;
• Computer Skills - MS Office Suite - advanced level
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Team orientation
• Analytical skills and creativity
• Interest in cryptocurrency would be a plus
