Job Summary:

The Facility Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple CLS Health clinic locations. This includes managing repair projects, preventative maintenance schedules, facility inspections, vendor coordination, and ensuring all sites meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades across all CLS Health facilities
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repair services and facility projects
• Manage work orders, preventative maintenance plans, and emergency repairs
• Ensure all facilities comply with OSHA, ADA, fire safety, and other regulatory standards
• Maintain inventory of facility equipment and supplies
• Assist with relocation, expansion, or renovation projects as needed
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to address facility concerns quickly and efficiently
• Provide leadership and support to any maintenance or janitorial staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in facilities or building maintenance, preferably in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
• Experience with regulatory compliance (OSHA, ADA, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
• Ability to travel locally to different CLS Health clinic sites as required
