Job Description

An AI start-up client of our's is looking for a senior technical sourcer. This position is fully remote and a six-month contract. It has the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing experience
• Strong talent mapping abilities
• Ability to quickly go through direct applicants and determine who is a strong candidate
• Strong experience with Greenhouse and Gem
• Expereince working for a tech start-up
