As the E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing new products, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Working closely with the founder, this role will make a significant impact by supporting business growth and taking ownership of key initiatives.

📦 Responsibilities:

• 🌿 Source and evaluate new products for the store.
• 📞 Contact suppliers to establish new wholesale accounts.
• 📊 Analyze product performance and create purchase orders.
• 💲 Review sales data and optimize pricing strategies.
• 📦 Manage inventory levels to meet demand.
• 💡 Purchase inventory based on sales forecasts and market trends.
• 📧 Communicate with vendors as needed.
• 📈 Handle day-to-day account management tasks in Amazon Seller Central.

During the initial weeks, you will receive comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with the company's operations. You will learn by doing, starting with sourcing new products and gradually shadowing tasks currently managed by the virtual assistant. Ongoing support and training will be provided as needed, including video courses, task demonstration videos, and written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

This is a full-time role with working hours that offer partial overlap with GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) between 10 AM and 6 PM, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with the team.
