Job Description

The Director of Public Sector Solutions will be responsible for CyberArk’s Identity Security solutions for Public Sector customers (Government, Defense, Higher Education, Public Health and National Critical Infrastructure) globally. This position will work closely with cross-functional groups across our sales, solutions, product management, engineering, compliance, customer success and legal teams, among others, to own and drive our solution and product strategy, readiness, strategy and go to market in these markets. The position reports into General Manager, Workforce Solutions, but will act as the business and strategy owner for all our Public Sector solutions across all CyberArk solutions globally.

  • Own and drive the solutions go to market and product strategy for our government offerings across regions globally.
  • Work closely with our Field teams and customers to understand the solutions and certification requirements of the public sector, and its impact on roadmap and delivery.
  • Drive the business case for incremental investments in expanding our portfolio of Workforce, IT, Developer and Machine sovereign solutions across data centers globally.
  • Work closely with the solutions, product, compliance, and legal teams across our solutions to set clear directions and ensure our government solutions are gov-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the marketing organization to help drive government specific messaging, demand generation and other programs to generate and accelerate pipeline.
  • Support our government sales teams with strategic and tactical assistance to monitor, accelerate and close deals.
  • Act as a passionate advocate for our government customers globally and help ensure their success through coordination with our customer success and support teams.
  • Act as a thought leader for our government solutions and represent CyberArk at meetings with senior executives in our customers and partners’ organizations.

Qualifications

  • US Citizen, given the need to work closely with the US Federal and State Local governments.
  • Deep understanding of the US Federal and Government markets required, with knowledge about other regulatory dynamics in other countries sovereign solutions being a distinct advantage.
  • Deep understanding of FedRAMP (moderate and high), StateRAMP, DODIN, DoD IL5, with knowledge of other frameworks like GDPR, ACSC Essential 8 being a distinct advantage.
  • Deep understanding of cloud and sovereign cloud dynamics with a clear understanding of cloud resilience and different sovereignty requirements.
  • 10+ years of experience in Product or Solutions Management, with at least 2 years of experience working with US Federal solutions, preferably in Cybersecurity SaaS.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams in matrixed and global organizations, with excellent written and verbal communication, inter-personal and project management skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in Technology and/or Go-To-Market Alliances and partnerships with technology, cloud and GSI environments.
  • 3+ years of experience working with government customers and collaborating with customer facing teams across sales, customer success and support.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Identity Security across Privileged Access Management, Access Management, Identity Administration and Governance is preferred.
  • BS in Computer Engineering or a related field, with an MBA preferable.
