Global Finance and Business Management - ESG coordinator - Vice President (all genders)

<p>You will work in partnership with the Business, Europe, Middle East and Africa ESG implementation team and the Firmwide ESG global controllers in developing and implementing ESG target operating model in JPMorgan SE and being a point of contact and SME for Finance on ESG related topics.</p> <p>As an ESG coordinator in our Finance &amp; Business Management team, you will be the point of contact for all related requirements on ESG, including the coordination of NFRD Disclosures and the discussions with the external auditors post 2024. You will be required to follow up on Regulatory updates and changes to EU Taxonomy given constant evolution and expanding scope. You will be responsible for continuous Involvement on CSRD, NFRD and other ESG related matters and will be the finance representative in these discussions. You will lead internal coordination within the team and will be a Point of contact for all ESG related matters that link to financial disclosures and financial reporting (incl Climate stress, STE, Fit for 55).</p> <p><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be a finance SME for ESG related topics and point person for all related requirements on that topic; finance ESG point of contact with the Business, ESG Implementation Program teams and Global team </li> <li>Coordinate Non financial disclosure section included in the annex to the Financial statements </li> <li>Support EU Taxonomy on the operating model implementation for the future in Everest </li> <li>Coordinate EU taxonomy within the team for the preparation of the quantitative and qualitative part of the financial statements, and going through with the auditors post 2024</li> <li>Implement regulatory updates and changes to EU Taxonomy given constant evolution and growth of the topic and scope</li> <li>Coordinate internally within the team and be a Point of contact for all ESG related matters that link to financial disclosures and financial reporting (including Climate stress, Short term exercise (STE), Fit for 55)</li> <li>Coordinate requests with the FINREP team.</li> <li>Support strategic automation of steps and tasks to produce EU taxonomy</li> <li>Work on CSRD, NFRD and other ESG related matters (incl Pillar 3 disclosure)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience in a large multinational and global environment</li> <li>Experience in direct communication with regulators and auditors </li> <li>Solid English language skills</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft applications - Excel, Power Point, Word</li> <li>Analytical and detail orientated</li> <li>Ability to work in teams across various locations</li> <li>Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.</li> </ul> <p></p> J.P.
