Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Chardon, OH area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Switch ceiling lights
- Change cover plates from duplex to single
- Add GFCI outlets
- Work on hot and cold draining systems
- Faucet replacements
- Electrical wiring for fire systems from wired to wireless
- Patch holes
- Drywall and door replacement
Requirements
- Pass a drug screen, and background check
- Basic PPE
- All hand tools
