Job Description

The Event Staff will assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. Responsibilities include greeting attendees, providing information, assisting with event logistics, and ensuring a smooth experience for participants. Successful candidates are friendly, organized, and can work efficiently as part of a team.

Job: On site

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $17.50 to $27.00  per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables, displays, and materials.
• Greet and check-in attendees, providing friendly assistance and information.
• Distribute marketing materials and answer questions about Veritas Recruiters and our services.
• Maintain a clean and organized event environment.
• Support event coordinators by handling logistics and other duties as assigned.
• Communicate with the team to ensure events run smoothly and address any issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle inquiries calmly and professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
