Job Description
Responsible for providing Omni support to Account Executive in the market area assigned. Support is achieved through Brand centric approach, including; hands-on Tri-axe selling to customers, ongoing coaching and motivation of Beauty Stylists, RSS, SS and social selling, promotion opportunities. Includes assisting the Account Executive in planning and executing all special event programs and follow-up training of Beauty Stylists and RSS/SS teams.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Centric
- Execute the Dior brand vision on becoming the #1 Luxury Brand. Partner with the Account Executive to grow market share of Dior at Mall/market location.
- Responsible for creating exceptional client experiences.
- Action retail sell-thru and execution of promotional programs in retail accounts under the Account Executive’s direction.
- Support the Account Executive in recruiting, engaging, and motivating in-store staff and Selling Specialists. Additionally support the AE with any on boarding of new hires.
- Partner with Education Department to provide new and ongoing product and sales coaching to in-store staff including new programs, suggestive selling techniques, and client retention programs.
- Responsible for coaching and developing the growth of client retention, by working with Beauty Stylists and RSS on the following; elevate the client experience by encouraging and assisting in updating customer files, writing thank you notes and making telephone calls to customers, and for any other administrative service.
- Coach and develop productivity standards: AUS, IPT, tri-axe, to optimize client interaction.
- Engage with store management on negotiating best S&L and presence in the department and store on additional exposure within the store or event space.
- Regularly interact with Management to make Dior top of mind for any additional opportunities within the store ie digital sellers, NKL, outsourcing events, to expand Dior reach of new clients.
Omni Centric
- Support the Dior Omni Centric approach through all channels. In person, online, virtual, social media, on phone. The goal is to allow the client to engage with Dior by their preference.
- Ensure sell through of seasonal items by reviewing inventory. Partner with the Store teams on slow-selling items or products that are under-performing with a focus on both instore and social selling opportunities.
- Align all visual and events presence in territory for generic and promotional events programmed with the account and Dior both instore and socially.
- Coach productivity standards: AUS, IPT, tri-axe.
- Maintain Dior Image guidelines. To include counter image (cleanliness, effective use of merchandising units, proper placement of product lines, etc.) and in-store image guidelines.
- Develop and coach CRM retention through virtual and social selling
- Conduct all other job-related activities as it related to specific market.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of prestige beauty sell-through experience in a multi-door context
- Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales and/or Training role
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Achievement oriented
- Proficient in CRM management amongst retailers
- Solid business acumen and good financial aptitude

- Multifunctional with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to drive, have a vehicle and maintain valid driver’s license
