We’re seeking an accomplished and strategic Director, Customer Success Business Systems to lead roadmaps and system delivery planning for our Customer Success and Professional Services divisions. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success Business Architecture, you will be responsible for:

• Developing roadmaps that prioritize business capabilities and process improvements
• Leading cross-functional collaboration between business, analytics, operations, and IT teams
• Driving alignment between standard platform features and business workflows to ensure seamless delivery
• Overseeing Certinia capability assessments and system integrations to support end-to-end goals

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):

• 12+ years of professional experience in consulting, IT, customer success, or business systems roles
• Expertise in managing stakeholder expectations and delivering systems focused on user outcomes
• Proven ability to drive outcome/KPI-oriented product processes and lead initiatives
• Strong technical experience with Salesforce and process/system analysis
• History of delivering elegant and scalable solutions across diverse business units

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Hands-on experience with Certinia or FinancialForce
• Salesforce certification or equivalent technical accreditation
• Strong ability to align innovative technologies with operational and user needs

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$168,000—$240,000 USD
