Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with Walmart consumers, and convert Walmart consumers to shoppers.Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Ad Partnership Management to help lead Walmart Connect’s growing partnerships across the Walmart’s product, engineering and business operations teams. You’ll lead a team of dedicated senior managers that are driving key programmatic partnerships and contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth.
Senior Director, Ad Partnership Management Lead who reports into Group Director of Media Partnerships will lead and provide ongoing consultative business support across the Walmart DSP and drive businesses growth while assuring end client success. This role also leads and drives special projects that influence the overall adoption of various businesses and services.

Responsibilities
Leads and develops a team, provides career guidance, and streamlines communication processes. Offers constructive feedback and conducts performance reviews.
Manages financial performance of ad sales and leads interdisciplinary team.
Conducts performance analysis and develops an ad sales playbook.
Produces conference-worthy case studies.
Provides strategic direction by analyzing business objectives, implementing business strategies, and promoting continuous learning.
Develops and implements strategies to maintain a skilled workforce, addressing capability gaps, and fostering mentorship.
Upholds company ethics and standards and supports the Open Door Policy.
Develops internal and external partnerships to achieve business goals and leads community outreach initiatives.
Plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results.
Minimum Qualifications
10 + of strategic business and partnership experience, with proven success in managing business relationships and cross-functional projects.
8-12 years of experience in advertising sales, advertising, or a sales-related field.
7 years of experience managing high-performing teams.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, consumer psychology, or a related field.
Master's degree in marketing, business, advertising, consumer psychology, or a related field.
10 years of experience in brand advertising (e.g., television or video sponsorships), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, mobile and online sales, or a related area.
