Maintenance Technician

National Star Services is a facility management company with over 27 years of experience, offers a diverse range of nationwide services. We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bensenville, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure the overall safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the property.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair general maintenance issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the property, including common areas and exterior grounds.
• Be available for emergency calls outside of work hours on a rotating basis.
• Provide and maintain personal basic hand tools required for daily tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Schedule:
Part-time – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
From 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay rate:
$22–$25 per hour (Depending on experience)
Bi-weekly pay

Requirements:

• 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Resume showing at least 1 year of experience.
• Must have own basic hand tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Two valid forms of IDs.
• Own transportation to get to work.
