As a Credit Product Senior Manager within PNC's Regional Credit Products Group organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA or Berwyn, PA.This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint.
Job Description
- Responsible for direct management of one or more teams within Credit Products, typically across multiple markets. Coaches team on structuring and advising clients on credit and credit-related transactions to meet clients needs while staying within the Bank's risk profile. Responsible for the entire execution of credit related products and all other credit products including but not limited to ACH, FX, EF and Derivatives. Has oversight of the due diligence/approval process and negotiation of all legal documents and closing. Partners effectively with the Relationship Banking leadership team to help identify and drive revenue through credit products. May structure and advise clients or be responsible for the execution of credit. May manage the diligence/approval process.
- Responsible for the overall management of a large portfolio of borrowers and all portfolio management activities, including direct and on-going communication with the clients.
- Drives team to collaborate with RMs and other product partners (i.e. TM, FX, DCM) to assess credit needs generate ideas and deliver integrated solutions. Able to assess industry dynamics to advise on the best solutions. Participates in client and prospect calls in conjunction with Relationship Banking for the most significant and/or complex clients.
- Manages a team of Credit Product Specialists responsible for structuring credit transactions within the banks credit risk appetite. Leads team through internal white boarding and diligence sessions to assess viable solutions.
- Oversees the internal credit approval process, loan documentation and closing.
- Responsible for the direct management of one or more teams of employees to handle all aspects of the credit process. Includes mentoring, training and developing the overall credit products team.
