Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Maintenance Experience – Preferably in multifamily housing.
• HVAC Certification – Type II or Universal EPA certification is a plus.
• Hands-On Maintenance Skills – Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, and more.
• Swimming Pool Maintenance – Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus.
• Ability to handle after-hours calls – Flexibility when needed.
• Basic Tools & Reliable Transportation – We need someone ready to tackle any task.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain the property – Oversee all buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Complete Service Requests – Make sure repairs and maintenance are done to the highest standard.
• Timely Responses – Handle requests and after-hours calls efficiently.
• Supply & Equipment Management – Ensure everything is in order and properly maintained.
• Safety Compliance – Work within OSHA and EPA standards, and adhere to Fair Housing regulations.
