Assistant Retreat Director
Massage Heights Stonecrest-Charlotte, NC 28277

Are you a natural born leader who loves inspiring people, delivering exceptional guest experiences and helping a team succeed?

Massage Heights Stonecrest is seeking an energetic, positive, and results-driven Assistant Retreat Director to help lead and perform all duties running the location.

Duties include:
- Support the Retreat Director in leading and performing daily operations.
- Coach and motivate Sales Associate and Massage Therapist as well as working with them to achieve goals.
- Monitor performance goals and celebrate successes.
- Maintain a beautiful and clean retreat environment.
- Help achieve sales goals and promote the business.

Qualifications:
- Positive, servant-minded leader
- Passion for wellness and customer service
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, spa or sales management
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable coaching others
- Available some evenings/weekends rotating schedule
