Data Scientist, Trust and Safety - TikTok

Team Introduction

The Platform Product Management team is under TikTok Trust and Safety. Their goal is to keep our user and community safe. We are Data-TnS data product & general service team. Our team mainly services TnS business and provides data solutions and data insights for the business.



Responsibilities

- Work with large and complex data sets to support project execution and strategic planning

- Own large-scale quantitative analysis projects from start to finish, including developing metrics, creating analytical frameworks and distilling complex results into clear and concise insights

- Design and establish comprehensive product metrics frameworks based on product stages and business purposes.

- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for improving or iterating product features.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, and influence stakeholders through data-based recommendations

- Research data science theories and methodology to evaluate and improve various CV/NLP models, LLMs.
