Datavant is seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing Team. This is a newly created role designed to expand our marketing efforts beyond customer- and product-specific efforts. Its creation represents an expansion in the marketing approach.
Given how new this role is, you will need to be an entrepreneurial self-starter and someone who has strong interpersonal skills. You should have a proven track record creating strong partnerships across the Executive Team, Marketing, Sales and Product.
The Enterprise Marketer will report into the Brand and Product Marketing Center of Excellence and own an ambitious charter of increasing awareness of Datavant’s brand in the market as well as supporting efforts across customer and product teams. You will:
- Drive the successful execution of a recent rebranding
- Collaborate across the Marketing Team to develop brand awareness campaigns that create a compelling and aspirational brand, implement marketing plans, and measure the effectiveness of the campaign.
- Help marketers and other colleagues use new tools and branding resources to ensure consistency and brand development
- Own the voice of the customer
- Lead enterprise market research efforts including designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research that yields data required for developing insights to measure market perceptions and satisfaction
- Develop key metrics, and track brand awareness and perceptions and communicate key insights to internal stakeholders.
- Use thought leadership to support Datavant positioning
- Align Datavant’s point of view around key thought leadership topics, focused on generating cohesive messages, and developing and executing a thought leadership strategy that aligns internal expertise with key questions facing the health data industry, collaborating with our Public Affairs team.
- Lead strategic marketing efforts for Datavant’s Future of Health Data Summit.
- Lead executive brand building in the industry
- Enable executive and senior leadership to develop their external presence leveraging thought leadership and partner with the Strategic Communications Team to execute
What You Will Bring to the Table:
- 5-7+ years of brand marketing experience in B2B tech, health care industry preferred
- A creative storyteller: able to develop and craft compelling messaging and content to communicate value to target customers
- Deep understanding of brand management, brand identity elements and communication platforms.
- Curiosity and regularly review how superior brands within and outside the B2B healthcare position themselves.
- Understanding of a broad set of healthcare industry players including health plans, providers/health systems, life sciences, public sector and health data analytics companies
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and launching new category-creating brands
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer insights gathering and marketing operations, preferred
