Requirements:    

• 6mo + of experience in Manufacturing/Production and/or Food/Beverage or related industry is preferred.
•  Familiarity with ERP System (preferred)

Job Description:   

Summary: At GT’s Living Foods, our Fill/Pack Mixing Assistants ensure that every batch of Kombucha is handcrafted with the highest quality ingredients to create the product our consumers know and love. In addition to occasionally performing the responsibilities of a Fill/Pack Associate in alignment with business needs, Fill/Pack Mixing Assistants are responsible for obtaining the daily ingredients as indicated by the production schedule.

Essential Duties:

• Utilize picklist to gather ingredients from other internal departments and transport to mixing area using pallet jack
• Verify quantity of raw materials in storage locations
• Lift and manually pour necessary ingredients into mixing kettles
• Manually and systematically log ingredient consumption
• Utilize ERP system to track movements of ingredients and ensure ingredient quantities are accurate
• Manually place containers filled with required ingredients on cart and wheel to mixing area

• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to closely follow instructions/process and propose process improvement suggestions
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Job Details:    

• Work Hours: Standard business hours Monday through Friday (11:30A-7:00P) with occasional weekend coverage. 
• Must be able to occasionally lift, push, pull and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Work Attire: Use good judgement, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their own safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public.
