Client Service & Sales Support Apprentice

The Client Service team has a major role within the business development. The team is involved in the
various steps of the sales process.
This position will provide you with a full vision of the Asset Management business and its stakeholders within an international environment. You will deal with fund’s operational aspects (subscription and redemption, NAV, the custodian’s role, gates, fees…etc.), the regulatory environment (AML, KYC) and gain knowledge to the several investment strategies that we manage (including Insurance Linked Securities, Private Debt and Fixed Income). You will also be in contact with the different departments within the company.
Under the supervision of the Head of Client Service and working closely with the Sales team, you will
contribute to the following tasks:
- Be responsible for sending recurring reports and dedicated reports to clients
- Understand the KYC regulation environment and ensure client’s KYC files are up-to-date
Answer to client’s DDQs - Handle ad hoc client’s requests
- Communicate properly when there is a fund’s redemption and fund’s call for payment
- Assist the Sales team in their work preparation for client meetings. (sourcing information, creating
client presentations, etc) - Prepare weekly meeting debrief
- Transversal projects: create and develop tools to enhance the current organization, Salesforce
extractions, etc.
This is a transversal function which will provide the candidate with a general overview of the asset
management industry and B-to-B relationships at a global level. The candidate will work with all the different departments within the company.
- Equivalent to Bac +4/5 in Finance
- Interest for the Asset Managements
- Main requested skills: curiosity, proactivity, be organized and autonomous, good communication skills,team spirit
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French is necessary.
- Good command of the Microsoft Pack Office
