Land Agent – Transmission Line Project
Wisconsin | Full-Time Contract | Active LLC Required

We’re preparing for a large, multi-year transmission line project with multiple routes across Wisconsin and are looking to identify qualified Land Agents with the right background for long-term engagement.

What you’ll do:

• Engage with landowners to secure transmission easements

• Track detailed notes and documentation throughout negotiations

• Support routing efforts, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory prep

• Represent the team with professionalism in communities across Wisconsin

What we’re looking for:

• Experience on transmission or utility-scale ROW projects

• Clear, confident communication and landowner negotiation skills

• Familiarity with Wisconsin utility markets and land use trends

• Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation

• Based in or willing to travel within Wisconsin

Important Notes:

• This is a 1099 contract opportunity (not benefits-eligible)

• Multi-year project potential

• Per diem available; local agents preferred
