IFRS Senior Reporting Associate

<p>We wish to appoint a IFRS Senior Reporting Associate, in our Outsourcing Service Line, in Athens.</p><p>The role offers the opportunity to work with clients in various sectors.</p><p>For the right candidate, the position offers excellent advancement opportunities.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Participate in the preparation of interim / annual statutory reporting under IFRS and Greek GAAP</li> <li>Participate in the preparation of consolidated Financial Statements under Greek GAAP and IFRS</li> <li>Participate in the preparation of ad hoc management and other reporting</li> <li>Consolidate and analyze financial and non-financial data</li> <li>Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to facilitate the completion of projects</li> <li>Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, develop innovative approaches to solving technical challenges</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in accounting with proven exposure to IFRS reporting</li> <li>Previous experience in a relevant role at a consulting firm will be considered an asset</li> <li>Strong accounting skills and technical knowledge on financial reporting matters and implementation of accounting standards in accordance with IFRS</li> <li>Experience of working on multiple accounts will be highly regarded</li> <li>ACCA certification or other relevant certification accomplished or in progress would be considered an asset</li> <li>Ability to apply critical thinking, attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills</li> <li>Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and possess strong problem solving skills</li> <li>Proficient knowledge of MS Office (excel, word)</li> <li>Strong English language skills</li> <li>Willingness for continuous learning and development</li> <li>Military services fulfilled</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive remuneration package</li> <li>Private insurance</li> <li>Flexible working scheme </li> <li>Continuous training and career development opportunities</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>About Forvis Mazars</strong></p><p>Forvis Mazars is a leading global professional services network.
