What You’ll Be Doing
- Recover vehicles assigned by lenders and forwarders
- Locate units using LPR technology and field investigation
- Upload clear photos, condition reports, and updates in real time
- Transport vehicles safely to our secured storage lot
- Communicate consistently with dispatch
- Handle all interactions in a calm, professional manner
- Leave immediately if a breach of peace situation arises
- Prior repo or towing experience is a plus (training available if you’re the right fit)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Good judgment under pressure
- Dependability — we need people who show up and perform
- Must pass background screening
- Wheel-lift or flatbed experience
- Familiarity with recovery software and LPR systems
- Understanding of repossession compliance in Florida
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Commission-based pay with high volume of assignments
