About the role

 

We are looking for a HR Manager/Senior HR Business Partner to join our Netherlands HR team.

In this role the area of responsibilities is to manage all HR aspects of 3 production sites (Zwijndrecht, Utrecht, Tiel). In our organization it’s important that HR is present and available for all sites so travelling on a weekly basis is essential.

Key responsibilities

 

Liaise with HR leaders and functional/business leaders to drive out the Talent Reviews/related action plans across the relevant business areas, building solid plans to ensure best in class talent capability & related development.

Proactively drive, support and track employee engagement initiatives, with a view to consistently capturing & actioning feedback from respective business groups.

Implementation of targeted people-related business initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and sustainable improved business performance.

Be a champion for change and lead the people agenda in driving business change initiatives across Kerry. Contribute proactively to identifying opportunities for business enhancement programs.

Manage and coordinate ad hoc and annual reward issues and processes in conjunction with HR leaders, EMEA reward teams and business leadership as appropriate.

Work with HR leaders, relevant function/business heads & central recruitment team to deliver effective retention strategies to meet business needs & related workforce plans.

Ensure managers are equipped with the necessary skills to do their jobs efficiently and effectively through leadership/capability/coaching support.

Ensure effective and trustful working relationships with local Works Council. Highly experienced in collective bargaining agreements and Union negotiations.

Supervise  all locally delivered  HR Admin processes are delivered on time, in full, and in quality, and if necessary, continuously improved

 

Collaborate cross-functionally and  seek alignment with respective stakeholder groups.

Qualifications and skills

 

Essential

Bachelors in business studies, HR or related degree with strong academic achievement.

Experienced HR professional with a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in similar environments.

Stakeholders management in a complex matrix & international organization

Strong skills in leading change, project management & building relationships.

In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR practices with a solid track record in managing / advising on complex / sensitive legal issues

Experience in working with Dutch Works Councils and Unions to successfully manage and complete consultations and negotiations,

Possess excellent leadership and communication skills - credible at senior level and able to challenge the status quo.

Expert skills in MS desktop software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Professional English and Dutch language skills (verbal and written).

 Desirable

Master’s degree in human resource management.

Additional languages are welcome.
