About the team

 

The Business Application Management team is part of the “Business Operations” department. You will join an international and dynamic team that supports the growth and daily operations of Mambu globally. The main task of the department is to manage the applications and integrations, analyse the requirements and to optimally implement the changes with the greatest added value. The team looks after core business applications, such as NetSuite, SalesForce, SAP Successfactors, Identity Provider etc. and provides support on that aspect to our employees worldwide.

 

What you’ll do

Application Management

• Act as the product owner for SAP SuccessFactors, driving the roadmap and ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Lead vendor management activities, including contract negotiations, performance reviews, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

• Responsible for SAP SuccessFactors application support and continuous improvement.

• Maintain up-to-date application documentation.

• Manage SAP SuccessFactors delivered updates, ensuring smooth integration into the Mambu environment.

• Serve as the primary liaison between SAP SuccessFactors vendors and internal stakeholders to align work and expectations.

• Support in scoping and serve as a SME for projects related to new implementations and integrations.

• Ensure alignment with internal departments like security, compliance, and business process management.

Access Management 

• Responsible to provide access based on “least privileges” only

• Apply knowledge of information security and Data Privacy regulations effectively.

Change Management

• Partner with business stakeholders to configure new demands or changes in SAP SuccessFactors.

• Advise on the best delivery methods for requirements within the Mambu landscape.

• Monitor market developments and translate them into optimised, value-adding solutions for Mambuvians.

• Manage vendor-delivered application updates and advise stakeholders on process improvements.

• Develop automated test scenarios between core business applications to predict the effect of changes.

• Keep a documented audit trail for changes and new implementations.

 

What you’ll bring

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration management, either in an implementation or application support role.

• Proven knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Compensation Management.

• SAP SuccessFactors certification.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.

• Excellent communication skills, including research, presentation, and training.

• Demonstrated skills in business alignment and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and act as a change agent within the user community.

• Understanding of business application architecture.

• Knowledge of test automation and integration technologies is a plus.
