<p>The position<br/>
We welcome a Warehouse Associate to a newly establish role in our Business Support function within BRD API to oversee the quality of raw materials, guiding the warehouse, and maintaining system overview related to quality with a focus on driving improvements.<br/>
</p>
<p>You will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including planning and purchasing department, QA, and production to provide warehouse support, to ensure product quality assurance and manage change requests and deviations for the warehouse.<br/>
</p>
<p>Main responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Single use material</li>
<li>Managing change requests and deviations for the warehouse</li>
<li>Participating in qualification and validation activities</li>
<li>SOPs are up to date</li>
<li>SAP ARSU</li>
<li>Participate in projects related to warehouse</li>
<li>Work is done in a LEAN way</li>
</ul>

You will join a team of 15 in Planning, Warehouse, Procurement, archiving and Release flow of API. Together, you'll work towards delivering high-quality products and making a difference in the lives of patients. <p>Qualifications<br/>
Your experiences include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong experience in overseeing processes within supply demand, logistics, shipping or relevant and understand a warehouse/ production function.</li>
<li>It is advantageous if your experience includes GMP.</li>
<li>Excel, SAP, and MES at an intermediate level.</li>
<li>Handling deviations and documentation.</li>
<li>LEAN and audit and expectation experience is desirable.</li>
<li>Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English.</li>
</ul>

<p>About the department </p>
<p>Biotech & Rare disease (BRD) API DK FVII also more informal called ED2 consists of two departments (Production and Support), but we consider us as one unit, one house. Our main task is to produce Factor VII API to serve patient with Haemophilia and post-surgical bleedings. The job opening is in the Support dept. where you will join appr. 75 colleagues.</p>

<p>API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) Denmark is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our sites in Gentofte, Hillerød, and Kalundborg, we are more than 600 colleagues working together to manufacture the API used in life-saving medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced chemical and biotechnological processes such as cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying. We bring value to our patients by providing the cleanest possible high-quality API made in accordance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) while constantly optimising our processes.<br/>
