About the role

Job Description Summary

The Program Operations Coordinator plays a key technical role in fostering strong relationships with both external customers and internal teams. This position collaborates closely with development, pre-sales technical, and commercial sales teams to support and drive the adoption of our solutions. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for managing order intake and processing for the Digital Health Portfolio, as well as leading customer expansion projects through effective project management.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a deep understanding of GE HealthCare products and our customers’ business and technical needs to design a software configuration that will support their strategic vision.

  • Foster a “trusted technical advisor” relationship with our customer’s clinical and technical teams that drives customer confidence and loyalty.

  • Gain deep understanding of our vendor partner products and how they integrate into the GE HealthCare Monitoring ecosystem

  • Communicate scope with our vendor partners in order to obtain proper scope and requirements

  • Design customer facing quotes on behalf of the sales team

  • Participate in funnel management in partnership with sales directors

  • Create detailed configurations which includes providing clear and concise project notes, VM Specifications and Architectural diagrams.

  • Assist the GE HealthCare team with any Tender/RFP responses when required.

  • Provide team input to value proposition creation & testing of solution offerings to marketing.

  • Assist with the solution architecture framework to support solution selling at an enterprise level.  Work as a team member to provide product vision, define system and application architecture improvements, and help identify problem areas.

  • Work as a team member to engage with sales cycle problem-solving across the sales landscape.

  • Assist sales representative in designing & proposing change across large platforms / functional areas utilizing appropriate GE solutions

  • Provide deep Software technical architecture expertise to ensure proper solution design

  • Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

  • Ability to discuss customers virtual architecture and have knowledge around High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and common IT principles.

  • Responsible for working with order management to ensure our vendor partners receive POs and that GEHC is recognizing revenue on time

  • Project manage current customer expansion projects

  • Experience in working with Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint to produce configurations based on catalogue numbers that are needed for a complete solution.

  • Maintain the highest possible personal standards and ethics.

  • Awareness of competition in the market & how to differentiate GE from competition.

  • Work with core GE HealthCare teams – Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Service when designing complex solutions.

  • Participate in Sales to Delivery handoff meetings to ensure Professional services team has a clear picture of what was designed and sold.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A Team member that is Confident, articulate, and with professional speaking abilities to all customer levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, engineering, technology, healthcare.

  • 3+ years of software industry technical experience.

  • 2+ years in commercial services or software experience.

  • 2+ years in project management

  • Must be willing to travel to customer sites and meetings.

  • This position can be based remotely in the continental US.
