Retail Instore Visual Manager

YOUR MISSION

• Execute visual communication process and directives; including floor sets, Visual Merchandising guides and seasonal guides. Support merchandising initiatives and create consistent PUMA Retail brand environments.
• Coordinate the timely communication and coordination of ongoing retail store Visual Merchandising Guidelines and environment standards
• Assist in execution of dynamic window events/concepts that support and convey current brand initiatives/product stories.
• Evaluate and assess compliance to PNA Retail visual standards, guidelines and directives and develop regional training seminars to insure consistent business and brand environments prevail.
• Effectively communicate with VM PNA in order to ensure Retail projects and initiatives are time managed and critical deliverables are achieved.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to General Manager, Merchandising and Allocations Teams.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business
• Maintain physical condition of Store according to Facility Department guidelines and communicate maintenance needs in a timely manner
• Required to comply with all operational core competencies and key accountabilities
• Execute all requirements concerning OSHA to maintain a safe and compliant working atmosphere for all Store Associates
• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required
• Manage/communicate and execute all event opportunities in partnership with the Activation Manager.
• Manage/communicate and execute all marketing opportunities in partnership with the Project & Content manager.
• Manage and maintain all sports interactive activation zones within the store.
• Manage and maintain partnerships with guest artist and residents.
• Effectively manage all aspects of the permanent customization area within the store to ensure customers receive an outstanding experience
• Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices.

YOUR TALENT

• Three to five years of visual merchandising coordinating experience
• Strong experience in customer service oriented retail environment (apparel/footwear)
• Must have multi-disciplinary understanding including design fundamentals for visual presentation, presentation design, visual merchandising and ability to execute floor sets with an attention to detail.
• Success in this position is dependent upon individual’s proven abilities in project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong PC skills – MS-Office, Lotus Notes, Internet
• Strong organizational skills
• Time Management
• Travel required

The hiring range for this position is $67,700 - $96,300 + Bonus + Benefits
