Location: This role is preferred to be located in Santa Clara, CA.

We are looking for a rock star Sr. Business Strategy Manager to support the analytics, planning, and reporting needs of a growing business. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Strategic Planning & Analytics Management and work closely with executives, product management, FP&A, product marketing, sales, BI, and other cross-functional teams to assess the changing needs of the business and provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational rigor and provide insight into key business metrics for business leaders as well as the broader team.
- Responsible for owning definition, reporting, and comprehension of key cross-functional business metrics, including pipeline and revenue trends, product adoption, customer maturity, product transitions, and upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and build statistical models to identify trends and key drivers that inform decisions across the business.
- Work with business leaders and the BI team to define financial and product success metrics. Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor business health and tell a business-centric story using data.
- Create reports and presentation decks for quarterly business reviews. Drive financial modeling for long-range business plans for the business unit.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role:
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, finance, consulting, or business operations with 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
- Top-notch data analytics and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize disparate information and data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate and partner effectively with key stakeholders and leadership.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen; excellent presentation and written skills are a must.
- A creative thinker with insatiable curiosity, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organization skills on follow through.
- Superior Excel and financial modeling skills. Experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) and building dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines.
- MBA degree preferred.
For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $133,800 - $234,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Targe
