About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant – (Organization Change Management Lead) in Wells Fargo Auto as part of Wells Fargo Consumer Lending. The Change Management Lead responsibilities include development of key strategies and plans to ensure that employees and customers, both dealer and consumer, are prepared for the changes resulting from this project. This includes but is not limited to: communication strategies/plan and training plans. Coordinates with internal resources (Communications, Procedures, Change Readiness, and Learning and Development) to ensure that plans are executed upon appropriately to ensure a successful rollout. Manages plans to ensure communication to both employee and customers impacted (Dealers, Consumer), training is deployed for go-live and go forward training is available for new hires onboarded post-rollout. In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Change management experience
- Experience managing communications and documentation projects
- Large-scale project management skills
- Knowledge and understanding of internal communication programs support
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Knowledge and understanding of project management and implementation in a matrix managed environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
