Shift: Nights (No Weekends)
Hourly Pay Range: $45.00 – $58.00/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

About the Role:
We are seeking a confident and experienced RN Manager to lead a high-volume Labor and Delivery unit in Houston. This is a rewarding opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about women’s health and ready to lead one of the busiest L&D units in Texas. With over 800 monthly deliveries, this role demands operational leadership, strategic oversight, and team development expertise in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a 15–20 bed Labor & Delivery unit

• Coach and support nursing staff, promoting accountability and high performance

• Drive process improvement and quality initiatives to improve maternal outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective, compassionate care

• Monitor staffing levels, budget adherence, and unit performance metrics

• Serve as a clinical role model and resource to bedside nurses

• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Texas RN license

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required

• 3–5 years of recent acute care Labor & Delivery leadership experience required

• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (within 6 months of hire)

• BLS and NRP required (NRP within 6 months of hire)

• ACLS preferred
