We are seeking a professional like you to support ongoing operations at our Elyria, OH facility.

You will have the opportunity to drive changes to the site’s manufacturing environment working with staff throughout the plant to implement myriad digital and technical solutions.

You Create Chemistry By...

• Design, develop, and implement digital solutions that improve efficiency and productivity in our production site including testing and quality assurance to ensure that digital solutions meet business requirements and are reliable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
• Work with the plant and stakeholders to identify and implement the most appropriate digital solutions.
• Communicate with other sites to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Train end-users on how to use new digital solutions and provide ongoing support and maintenance for digital solutions.
   

If you...

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing technical, industrial, or digital solutions. Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Experience with software development methodologies and tools. Experience with automation, robotics, and other emerging technologies is a plus.
