Senior Supervisor

Provide leadership and direction across multiple departments including shipping, receiving, production, inventory
control, and quality
 Monitor team and departmental performance against goals, KPIs, and operational targets; identify and address
deficiencies
 Support hiring, training, and development of staff; provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action
when necessary
 Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, health and safety regulations, and company policies
 Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency
 Maintain records for shipping/receiving, inventory, production, and quality, ensuring data accuracy and
compliance
 Assist in the development of operational goals and schedules to optimize output and minimize downtime
 Lead or support continuous improvement efforts using lean manufacturing principles to enhance workflow,
reduce waste, and improve efficiency
 Communicate regularly with upper management, support departments, and frontline teams to align priorities and
resolve issues
 Ensure department facilities and equipment meet safety and cleanliness standards
