Job Description:
What You'll Do
This position will be focused on developing and maintaining a diverse set of delivery metrics and analytics to demonstrate the value of initiative delivery and adherence to portfolio governance supporting key initiatives within PULSE. This includes, but is not limited to, representation of these results in a wide variety of formats (electronic, online, etc.) and the automation of the collection and creation of these metrics and analytics through dashboards and reporting.
'How You'll Do It
Continuous portfolio assessment of initiative delivery and governance.
Source data identification – identifies, analyzes and incorporates new sources of data (such as Jira and Snowflake) (resource, cost, benefit, quality, financial).
Synthesizes a broad set of project, product, and portfolio data to "tell the story “of initiative governance and delivery, from inception to market and beyond through automated reporting, SharePoint tools and presentations.
Technical build and maintenance of SharePoint infrastructure to continually evolve the PMO website, intake tool and governance checklist.
Manages publication schedule for new content being added to SharePoint site.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
Bachelors Information Technology, Graphic Design, Marketing or related
6+ years of experience with Visual Design, SharePoint/Web Design, Metrics or related

Travel up to 10% of the time.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with Microsoft components such as SharePoint for web and front end application development
Experience with Snowflake by pulling and analyzing data
Experience in leveraging reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
