Overview
Quest Diagnostics is looking to hire motivated students for our Quest Finance Leadership Development Program (QFLDP). QFLDP has been designed to provide an opportunity to gain a solid understanding of the business and develop strong analytical skills that will prepare individuals for management roles in the Finance function.

Responsibilities
We are seeking individuals for our 5-year leadership development program. Individuals will typically spend the first 24 months in one area with two additional rotations happening in the next 12 – 24 months. Incoming hires are given immediate and meaningful responsibility in one of the key areas in the Finance organization supporting one of Quest’s businesses or functional areas. The program is designed to provide business critical job experiences and leadership exposure to develop well-rounded finance and business leaders. As a professional in the Finance organization, you will take part in:
- Performing financial analyses and month end reporting to provide recommendations
- Using programs such as MS Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, analyzing and developing insights from large datasets
- Interpreting financial data for partners within and outside of Finance
- Developing business strategy and executing shareholder value initiatives
- Benchmarking competitive position
Qualifications
- Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Innovative thinker comfortable with navigating ambiguity to complete tasks
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally in a matrix environment and build/maintain relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Strong PC skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, Word)
- Prior experience in finance and / or healthcare industry is a plus
