Job Description

Consulting at CapTech:

• Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle leveraging the Agile Methodology as well as modern technology languages, frameworks, and patterns
• Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and translate them into functional specifications

Technical Solutions:

• Solutions include API-driven clients, microservice architectures, event-driven integrations, cloud deployments, serverless applications, and web and portal front ends

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working as an AEM Developer or similar role, with hands-on experience in a modern version of AEM 
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
• Experience with AEM component development, templating, and customization using Sightly or HTL.
• Familiarity with AEM authoring and publishing workflows, including DAM (Digital Asset Management) integration.
• Knowledge of AEM best practices, performance optimization techniques, and security principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web development technologies
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Developer (ACD) certification in AEM is a plus
