About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Warehouse Technician to support all aspects of warehousing in our Tempe, AZ facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics, and be willing to grow in their role. This role is critical to supporting the parts, components, and equipment that keep our renewable energy projects moving. This position will report directly to the Inventory and Order Management Coordinator at RNWBL. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Perform inbound and outbound inventory movements 
  • Operate material handling equipment to safely load and unload shipments 
  • Uncrate and palletize materials to maximize racking and warehouse space 
  • Store materials in designated bin locations 
  • Pick parts and materials for customers, both internal and external 
  • Prepare shipments for outside service providers and communicate status 
  • Perform transactions in ERP/WMS to track and manage materials 
  • Complete daily shipping and receiving reports  
  • Conduct cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory 
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized for efficient time usage and safety 
  • Collaborate on process improvement opportunities 
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

What You Bring 

  • Forklift experience  
  • A minimum of 3 years of inventory management/warehousing experience 
  • Experience with electronic components a plus 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • Customer-focused mindset 
  • Ability to adapt to change and stay organized under shifting priorities 
  • Drive to take on challenges and learn new skills 
  • Ability to prioritize and use time efficiently
