Maintenance Technician

Augusta Country Club is hiring a Maintenance Technician who will deliver professional service and solutions in support of both short-term and long-term business goals of the company. This is a permanent fulltime position which will require weekend and holiday work as necessary. Competitive compensation and benefits provided.

When requested, will work closely with and/or under the direction of the Building Superintendant and to complete or assist with facilities maintenance projects which may include:

Extensive carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC repair methods and standards

Basic electrical skills-Troubleshooting and repair

Mastery of tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work
Roofing
Painting and preparation

Must have valid driver's license. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb. Ability to stoop and bend Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down ladders and stairs
