About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role is an HR Business Partner—providing direct support to managers and employees on core HR matters—and also a backup for our Talent Management initiatives—helping drive key programs in employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
The role will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring that people strategies align with company objectives while also playing a hands-on role in executing key talent initiatives that enhance our culture and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partner
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to all levels of management, helping align HR strategies with business goals.
• Guide managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and a positive work environment.
• Advise leaders on performance management, coaching conversations, and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Support workforce planning, team structuring, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policies, balancing risk while supporting business needs.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and influencing without authority.
• Ability to pivot quickly while managing shifting priorities and deliverables.
Talent Management
• Play a key role in employee engagement efforts, including analyzing and implementing action plans from surveys.
• Support the execution of performance review processes, manager training, and continuous feedback strategies.
• Assist in developing programs that enhance leadership capabilities and succession planning.
• Collaborate on learning & development, career frameworks, and other company-wide talent initiatives.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HR business partner role with exposure to talent management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
• Skills:
◦ Strong business acumen and problem-solving with the ability to connect HR strategies to business outcomes.
◦ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
◦ Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.
◦ Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
◦ Demonstrated understanding of compensation and benefits.
◦ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel—including advanced functions such as lookups (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)—and PowerPoint.
