Ensure the implementation of improvement projects</li><li>Optimize EEMEAP I global processes and Quality Systems</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Support Global Commercial Affiliates QA projects.</li><li>Maintain/ challenge current certifications. Obtain new certificates as required by regulations or to support the business.</li><li>Interview and hire staff as necessary, conduct annual performance reviews, set objectives and develop the team within their positions or for future responsibilities</li><li>Build a strong team with enough expertise to support the whole area</li><li>Establish a culture of teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement</li><li>Ensure effective teamwork to collaborate with the business in all EEMEAP</li><li>Assure the same level of compliance across EEMEAP</li><li>Develop experts to support EEMEAP / global improvement initiatives</li><li>Ensure that knowledge and experience acquired during professional life is transferred to other team members.</li><li>Manage the QA budget, always considering cost improvement opportunities</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Qualification</b></p><ul><li>Scientific background (i.e. Lab Technician, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, M.D.) is preferred.</li><li>Proven long experience in the diagnostic industry, prefer
