You will be responsible for day-to-day credit and collection activities, ensuring timely payments, maintaining a healthy aged receivables profile, and achieving individual and team targets. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day credit and collection activities for assigned customer accounts.</li><li>Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining a clean aged receivables profile.</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.</li><li>Manage order releases in accordance with company policy.</li><li>Ensure customer adherence to agreed credit terms.</li><li>Foster positive working relationships with internal departments within the SSC and outsourced BPO team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Essential Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 18 months of experience in a credit control environment.</li><li>Certificate/Diploma level education or equivalent.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and another European language (e.g. French, German, Spanish, etc).</li><li>Strong numeracy and analytical skills.</li><li>Proven ability to solve problems effectively.</li><li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage workloads based on business needs.</li><li>Financial and commercial awareness.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly Customer Service.</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in a Shared Service Centre environment.</li><li>Credit control experience within a multinational organization.</li><li>Exposure to a culturally diverse working environment.</li><li>Willingness to undertake occasional European travel.</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Results-driven and target-focused.</li><li>High level of personal integrity and reliability.</li><li>Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and development.</li><li>Excellent listening skills.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Attractive salary package</li><li>Workplace &amp; work hours flexibility</li><li>Structured learning and development / Mentoring program </li><li>International environment </li><li>Events like International Women’s Day, Earth Day, etc.</li><li>A growing and welcoming team with a good spirit!</li></ul><p><strong>Who we are! - Our Story:</strong></p><p>Each of us, Every day!<a href="https://www.averydennison.com/en/home/about-us/values.html"> Eight Values</a>.
